for some time now I've been
working to develop a BOV kit for my Carb Turbo. SUCCESS!!! Some
people said it couldn't be done but I have managed to do it (hence
why I've been out testing the car). I now have a lovely swoosh sound
on every gear change. I'm not getting the flutter from the wastegate
now and the turbo seems to spool up a bit better. I might do some
more if anyone is interested?? Let me know.

Cheers

That sounds like great news. For a long time now, other SE variants have benefitted by installing a BOV and protecting their turbos as well as having that lovely whooshing sound. You must start selling these, if you do can how much would they be?
If people don't like the whooshing sound thinking it may be too 'Boy/girl racer' is there a recirculating one that you could supply?

Hi there everyone, I've just received my BOV kit from Alan Croft this morning, looks the biz.
I will fit over the weekend and report back.
Got to be a worth while mod for your car to protect your turbo.
I've just got it for the noise.

LOL.

I've just fitted mine tonight and took it for a spin. It took a good
hour to fit only because I had rusted nuts etc.
Well chuffed with the wooshing sound it makes and the flutter has
gone away. It sounds just like the audio clip on LEW. Now if people
don't see my bright yellow Esprit, they'll sure hear it.
Well worth it IMO.

Cheers,
