Planning a trip to Scotland in the Tamora later in the year, and I may be a bit previous, but thinking of taking details of TVR specialists in Scotland with me, just in case I have any issues while I am there. Searched the TVRCC website, but can't see any north of the Border.

So need some info please guys. Just the names will be fine, I am sure I can search for the full details.

TIA.

There are a number of independents used by members who can give their own recommendations. Those are not "TVR Specialists" as you would think of say "Racing Green" or "David Gerald" for example. The only real TVR Specialist (AFAIK) is Dreadnought in Callander.

I'm sure others will advise better later - I've never used any of them.

I've used Dreadnought (near Stirling) a few times, they do a top job and know their stuff, but they are nigh on double the price that you would pay in the motherland. There's not much north of Stirling for a speed six, so it depends where you break down... biggrin

Hopefully nowhere!! Its just for emergencies, if all else fails, then it will be RAC back to Essex on the back of a truck. Not being pessimistic you understand, just being prepared. The Tam went down to the Dordogne and back without missing a beat, so I certainly not concerned about it!

Whilst touring Scotland, Brian Lugi at Dreadnought in Callander has sorted out a couple of issues for me, top bloke.

Is that it then, no where else?
