All,
You may are may not know that I've been fighting a battle with the police/CPS over a matter of speeding.
In any case I was in court yesterday, 2 years after the initial offence and I pleaded guilty to the charge of driving at 57mph.
However having produced old video footage of the road and compared it with new video footage the judge accepted our "special reasons" case that in fact I could have travelled at 70mph and not been prosecuted for speeding. The road layout has now been changed but when I was done there were a lot of pointers to it being anything other than a 30mph.

I won't bore you with all the detail but just to say that my faith has been restored as the Judge ruled in my favour and made a mockery of what the CPS had to say.
I even had the pleasure of argueing with the CPS over his interpretation of an Advisory Speed Sign : laugh:

IT WAS A WONDERFUL DAY

A little tip for the future if you do get accussed, take loads of photographs and video footage no matter how trivial it may seem get it all on film. It can make all the difference.

And a big to:
