Not sure, think the back box is just a cheap Halfords job.
Will be changing it for a Magnex as soon as can afford

Mine has the magnex on it. Best exhaust for the vr6. Looks and sounds really nice.

What sort of mileage is on it? Which interior has it got?

128k mileage, full VAG service history from new and only 2 previous owners from new.
Interior is cloth trim in good condition, fancy a leather retrim in the future but wont be for a while.
What tail pipe have you on yours??
Fancy the Magnex oval but not sure if will suit it

Just did it a couple of weeks ago. Think it was about £80 odd for the kit online. They are better but mine were not too bad with the standard ones...just the passenger side was bad.

Whats with the carrier bag looking thing next to the header bottle and the exposed wires in the engine bay?

Haha the bag is covering something to keep it dry when the dealer washed the engine, will remove it this week.
Going to make a start shining it up under there.

Ive had a 16v manifold and rocker polished up before and they are a pain to keep clean. I have just kept the vr6 as was intended by vw and just gave it a good clean.

Watch out for the mountains of waxoil in the bay. Do not jet wash the bay unless you are going to buy new plugs and leads after. Just use plenty of gunk and then white spirit to get the excess waxoil off.

They come up a treat though.

Nice motor : )
Chuck some BBS on it and dont put a magnex on - spend a little more on a milltek i beg you!

Carbonio also make a very nice sounding induction kit.
