Nice photos beano! I experienced the storm first hand as I had to drag myself into work at 04:00am this morning to fix a broken server.

It was scary stuff on the motorway!

Lovely photos. I was sailing at about 3:45 yesterday when it went really dark to the west, the wind died almost completely (the calm before the storm), then it chucked it down, and the wind picked up substantially for 10-15 until it blew itself out
