Audi UK Contact Information - Problems!

Does anyone have a senior management contact with Audi UK's customer services organisation with who I can raise my displeasure? I won't go into chapter and verse but after 5 months of running around I need to resolve my issue quickly.

I don't have a direct contact, but got a manager through the customer care number and after 11 months finally got a result.
