dont know much about this "thingy" (who does anyway ) but does this car steers with the front or the rear wheels?

I truly believe there are an enormous number of differing motoring needs and solutions out there and we should be tolerant of them all and each others choices but this one stretches my beliefs beyong reason. Who would buy such a thing ?

The car has nice wheels - shame someone has decided only to give it 3. Its not a car in my book, its a trike. Better paint job than the standard NHS pale blue.
