I have a 04 t350 covered approx 5k so paint work is very good at moment, colour is pearl white, can anybody tell me were i can get it armourfed and what the cost might be also is it really worth doing ?

I know there are some who are not keen, but personally I would prefer to have a front end that hasn't got loads of stone chips, which I find are more unsightly. I had it put on my Tam, from new, think it was about £500 for a full kit, front nose, mirrors, wheelarches, doors and boot.

Not a stone chip in sight, except for one which landed too high up the bonnet!

No, I haven't but I was thinking of having a front end respray this year so was giving it some thought, I do know someone who had it on their T350 so was going to email them and see how much it was? Also I know someone that wants it on their R8

I have had the full front coverage (bonnet,full front end/wings, wing mirrors, side/and rear sections) with PAINTSHIELD ™ and i can't say a bad thing about it, it was well worth the cash. Tom and the gang were extremely professional.....

I've also had Paintshield fitted to the front of my T350, it's a right stone chip magnet! i had the headlights, wing mirror backs, front end and rear of the front wheel arches done, it came to 375GBP. Definately worth it imho.

Blimey thats cheap. I had the latest version of the 'bumper' kit - comes across to the leading edge of the wheel arch not down the A post - and it came to ca. £400. Thainy77's must have been over £1k? Agree with him, though. Mine was done last October, has run all winter and nothing has got through. And its guaranteed for 3 years, I think. No brainer IMO

Sorry when i say front end i meant from the front skirt upto just below the top of the headlights so not a total front end, just the bumper area.

When I bought mine (it had a full respray at that time) I wanted to fit some got talked out of it by the guys at fernhurst who said they would not recognize it in resale value because it would still need a respray if AF comes off...
Now I have stone chips and cannot be bothered to sale anyway...
