Folks I have to replace two camshaft positioning sensors on my BMW 330, is it okay to drive it until the garage fits the new sensors?

Yes it should be fine, the only downside is that your emissions will be worse, it will harder to start and use more fuel.

The absolute worst that you could do is damage the cats but with a modern car I'd have thought they'd still be OK
