Rolex Submariner - LV question

Does the 'M' series Submariner LV have the rolex branding around the inner edge of the face ??
If it does, when was this introduced ??

Another forum has a Sept 2007 LV with a Z serial for sale, without the 'ROLEX' rehaut. So, after Sept '07 I would say as a guess.
