There isn't one in general. They have a different percentage on different parts, and depending on how good a customer you are they will give you varying amounts of discount.
If I can get 15% on most by being a member of the BMW Car Club (according to the parts chap at my stealer) are we talking substantially more for say a busy regular specialist BMW independant garage ?I am only looking for a rough average guide ....

Cotswold Group BMW are advertising 15% discount on all mail order parts orders over £50 - click the link on their advert.
My local parts chap put me onto this he also said they give 15% to BMW Car Club Members....
I believe membership is c.£45 per annum.

I got mine from oilman - just remember to ask for dealer bottles back after the change that way they wont end up full & in the boot of some chav broom boys car at end of working day while you leave with draught stuff or worse still your old original oil.
Check to make sure theres no diposal fee ( offer to take it way in your bottles) and check theres no decanter fee- all the old tricks are there to be abused.
Indys not so keen on such business - but they porobably rely in part on lube mark up on well bought oil over labour rates.
