Isle Of Wight Residents - Fuel help please

Hi all

Can anyone living on the isle of wight tell me which petrol stations over there sell Super Unleaded please. I know the island fairly well but since buying a car that has to run Super i'm a little short on knowledge of locations. I'm heading over for a couple of weeks to visit the parents and will inevitably need to fill up at some point...lol.

Bit scary this...just been onto my mate who lives on the island and asked your question...his reply

"Only two places, they both can "run" out.

Texaco at lushington hill, wotton
Texaco at fairlee, newport"

Fill up on the mainland + some green cans as well

thats not good, thanks for finding out for me.

I know of the texaco in Newport having used it before. I thought that would have been at least one other retailer that sold it. There's a big tesco in Ryde that i though would have done but oh no...., equally a very busy sainsbury petrol station in Newport.

Looks like i may have to take some octane booster just in case....
