Now certain PH'ers where banned due to various reasons, some of which cause great debate (of which i don't want to stir up again) but Youhavemystapler seems to be 'getting away' with some utter ste spouting and general stirring.

well not being funny chaps, but if you care to read his derogatory, belitting and degrading comments then there would be no *need* for a witch hunt. you would have banned him/sin binned him already.

not asking for an enquiry just some rationalisation in the modding please, as the chaps obviously a troll.

As was said - report anything that he's done that's out of order and we'll investigate. No one has complained up until this point.
