I know there's a few Sage users on here so hoping for a quick spot of help...

Frantically working on getting everything upto date due to an upcoming vat inspection frown

I have one supplier (Vodafone) who is normally paid by direct debit. One month, they generated a load of credit notes due to errors.

I've entered these as supplier credits but now I'm going round in circles, how do I apply these against the original invoice? (part of which was paid by direct debit and partly paid by these credits if you see what I mean)

Cheers - PBF

Bank>supplier>vodafone.

Then just allocate the invoices against the credits and the payment made to clear the account should balance the account?

Ahh, I couldn't see how to do that but just used the wizard & the option was there.

Many thanks. I will await my next bout of terminal befuddlement!
