Hi,

I'm up for renewal on my Thruxton 900.

However it is mildly tweaked, and my current insurance company took months to figure out what was going on with it. It's got new shocks, fork inners, pads and disc, full length Zard twin high level pipe, no airbox and a set of Keihin CR racing flatslides. At some point in the future I'm trying to add a CBR600 front end with twin discs, and matching rear wheel.

Anyway, I'm looking for advice on sympathetic insurers who don't resort to just asking how much more power it has.

thanks in advance...

I'm with ebike, they were pretty good, easy to enter mods and a decent price.

Try Footman James and Carole Nash although my next policy will be with Ebike too

Try Bike Team.

They insure my Buell XB9R with a full carbon body kit / aftermarket pipe, modded brakes, ECU, filter, etc etc (two A4 pages of mods supplied each renewal).

They were also perfectly happy with my GPZ750 Turbo with a ZZR front and rear end (they actually understood that 17" rims with modern rubber and decent 4 pot capliers are better than 18" 1980's style rubber and single pot calipers!)
