Well another good year, TC11 (PLG) class has only increased by £5 to £185 for 12 months. Good for us small block users but what about you new LS7 boys?

Actually thinking about it a bit more I would assume LS7s fall into the same class, as I doubt any C02 emissions data is available; is that the case?

Correct LS7 has to pass newer emssions but is still classed as PLG for 185 quid road tax.......

Unless you live in Canada and you only pay 35 quid a year for your TAX/Plates......
Lifes Good.... oh and did I say Fuels only 48p a litre aswell...... and the roads are clear all be it very straight.... Ooops at little of topic....
Oh yes and you can buy these for 500 quid....

Hello Clive, glad to hear all is well. I am looking at Australia, again cheap fuel, clear roads and lower road tax but not as cheap as yours; but at least they base theirs on vehicle weight - good for the Ultima smile

Yes Canada or USA for me in the next couple of years - beautiful countries & a lot more freedom than we have .
Ive had enough of this toilet hole, & it will be interesting to see who will be funding this party of buffoons once all those who can leave do so.
No wonder every freeloader wants to come here.

I love how fair this government is and how well thought out the "green" policy is...! Not that I am complaining but.... If I drive a 5,7ltr Ultima without cats getting 15 mpg on super-unleaded and make kids eyes water with the fumes - I pay £185 "green" road tax per year....

If I drive a family bore-o-mobile Ford Galaxy family run-about I now pay £415 rising to £750 a year!

seems fair........... Also as my 4ltr merc is a 2001 car - that only costs the same as the Ultima.

I guess thats why politics are paid so much and can claim such high expenses as they are so clever to work out things like this!!
