Has anybody tried fitting the front wishbone Powerflex bushes on a Z3 M?
I got the old ones off easily but try as I will I can't get new bushes far enough up the wishbone for the holes to line up, it's got about 10mm to go.
I phoned Powerflex and all I got from the guy on the phone was "I didn't have a problem when I did my BMW". So much for aftersales service!!
Any help advise etc. gratefully accepted. Thanks.

Try coating them in fairy liquid first?

Hi, the secret to fitting these is use SILICONE instant gasket as a lubricant. I have fitted possibly 30 sets of these and you will be able to push them on by hand. DO NOT use grease or WD40, the rubbers will not lubricate with that whereas Silicone is a natural rubber lube.

No, again the bushes will just wipe this off as you assemble them. I've not tried KY though.
