Help ! Vents directional Motor needed

Help,

The small motor that drives the direction of the airflow from foot-well to dash has failed and I'm trying to find an alternative or replacement.

I've been advised by TVR power that the manufacturer (as this was bespoke to TVR) will not do another batch of less than 1000 units.

This is the small motor located just behind the glove box.

Does anyone know if there's an alternative or where I might source one???

Its not bespoke

I bought a replacement from RS a few months ago

Not entirely sure what ratio but 3.6Rpm output speed rings a bell

Thanks I'll give it a try. Was it difficult to replace???

Only tricky bit is making sure you reconnect the micro switches correctly , make a note of what goes where and you'll be fine
