It is indeed fantastic, I Marioed myself out though after cracking 121 stars. Waiting for No More Heroes to arrive for my next Wii blitz

I've never been into any games apart from racing ones, but my girlfriend has this and it's utterly, utterly brilliant. Love it. The controls are so intuitive, and the worlds so fun. Just ace!

How bizzare i only started playing this again last night, im upto 27 stars now i think, its so addictive, the amount of times i said to myself "ok just one more star" im sure i started saying that to myself at about 21 stars

All upheld! I never used to like the whole Mario thing, more of an outright voilence type gamer - but I got it when I got my Wii - it's aboslutely outstanding.

We spent literally 1 million hours playing it last year and completed it with Mario. When you've destroyed Bowzer at the end you unlock Luigi.
You've then got to go back through the game and do all 125 stars again with Luigi!! He runs faster, jumps higher and is generally better to use than Mario.

We got up to 100 odd stars with him then i just got so sick of playing it and i've not gone back to it.

Amazing game though!

You found 5 extra stars then?

I found Luigi to be a right bh, especially on the Luigi's purple coins level, yes he jumps higher, but it's like his shoes are made of butter as he slides everywhere.

Haha, OK i can't remember the exact number of stars, but i havent played it for months so its OK
I much prefered Luigi to mario, even if he can be a bit slippery sometimes!

I got Luigi and gave up. I enjoyed playing it, but I didnt want to go through it all again for every star. Especially as its about the easiest game I cam remember.

Only put it on these days if I want to mess with someones head who hasnt seen it

I have it but I don't see what the big deal is about it really, it's good but I don't think it is great.

Best thing about it is my girlfriend likes it because she can play at the same time as me so it keeps her quiet.
