plenum question

At the front of and under the plenum (off side) there are 2 x pipe attachments. I have nothing attached. Am i missing something

I believe they were used to pass heated water to warm the inlet on the original Landy/Range. Not used on the TVR.

should they be blocked off or is it done internally?

Just leave them alone, no need to seal or block off in any way.
