Flush me tanks?

Whilst the engine is out, should I consider flushing the tanks? There was a small amount of fuel in either side, but I did run em dry a number of times , so should I stick a few litres of new in and let it run out to flush the tanks?

I don't see it will achieve anything bar waste a few hours.

Oh the Ultima clowns, don't you just love 'em? LOL

I thought it would achieve:

1) Get rid of the juice that has sat there for 6 months.
2) Get rid of any ste that might have 'settled' in the pipes ot bottom of the tanks that would only get caught up in the filter.

Yep, that's what filters are for

By all means drain out any old fuel but the tank is foam filled and the pickups are not at the very bottom so any sediment will stay there.
