She moves under her own steam again. Fitted the brakes today, connected the battery, put some fuel in and she fired up first time

I've still got some jobs to do (such as fit the drivers seat!!!) But I'm so happy I haven't killed her!
The list runs to:
New wheels
New Compbrake set up with braided lines
Powerflex bushes
New Wishbones
New upper & lower ball joints
New track rod ends
Protech dampers
Steve Heath drop links
Sportmotive headlight conversion
New driving lamps
New roof
Silicon hose kit
Oh, and a 2" body raise to treat the cosmetic rust on the chassis. She should be fully back on the road ready for 1st April

Wheels are Compomotive MO6's, 215/40 ZR17 on the front and 265/35 ZR18 on the back. I haven't had the geo done yet but I measured the shocks before I fitted them. The front are the same length as std, the rear is 15mm higher which seems to be recommended and how they came from Trackcar. The front probably looks low as the wheels really fill the arches

HRG the car looks great.
Wheels are some of the better aftermarket ones I have seen.
Have you have the ride done yet ? It seems the front end is a little low and it may worth just checking it, although maybe it's just the curve of the kerb.
Damn you, you've got me thinking now Wheels are some of the better aftermarket ones I have seen.

Does anyone know the "standard" ride height? I'd like to measure from the front crossmember where the tow bar attaches, to the ground.
The shocks were the same length unloaded and Joo seemed to have set them up (rear 15 mm longer). The only thing I can think of is it needs a bit more preload if it's sitting nose down.

The wheels are Compomotive MO6's in 17 & 18", I needed them to get the brakes in
Think they were about £850 ish. The brakes are from Compbrake and you can get the calipers and discs as a kit now for £750. They bolt straight on a 500, I sent my hubs up there and they put them on the measuring table and sorted it all out on CAD. Only problem is I keep stopping too soon now
