Pre purchase inspection Scotland

Can anyone recommend someone up here in scotland to carry out a pre purchase inspection on a 355
Also where would the best place in scotland to get the servicing carried out at

Good luck! I was going to view a car in scotland, but getting it inspected turned out far too difficult! You have main dealer in Edinborough or SE Engineering which is far south (I think). I think topgear cars is up that way somewhere as well.

MP Supercars in Cockenzie (just outside Edinburgh) without question. They do all our non warranty maintenance, and have our 355 at the moment. They also provide our technical support at events, including RAF vs RIO. With all due respect to Graypual Edinburgh, when the guys from MP left Graypaul and set up on their own, GP lost all their main experience. I get my porker serviced there as well. Just tell them I sent you.

Another vote for MP Supercars.

Recently took my car to them as was unhappy with Graypaul and asked them to go over it and report any faults. Did a great job and gave me a list that is now with Graypaul!

Another person to look for is John Buchan.
Think he is ex-Glenvarigill. Runs a GT3 F430 and owned a 355 himself for a number of years.
Based just south of Edinburgh.

As regards MP, Pagani are willing to let them fiddle with their cars, so they must be OK......

Top Gear cars do them I believe, though he is a Lamborghini specialist. Can't remember the guys name but he is always worth a ring. Advertisers on Autotrader, probably here too

that would be Carlo McCrindle then... he's not strictly a Lamborghini specialist, unless you think the F40 he has is one that Lamborghini built... or the occasional German car with a definite case of engine-in-the-wrong-place about it!
