Hi, has any one got a 'Central TVR special' only differences i can see are the running boards that say Central TVR,and the paint job is half grey, half silver.
Is there anything else different? and i think i'm going to get it painted in one colour, is this a wise move?

Sorry can't seem get the picture up!

I seem to remember the two coloured car being advertised on AT & getting discussed here. Would probably look different in the flesh, but the pics we all saw on here, made it look crap.

My race car had "central TVR" tread plates.

Thought they were just a tvr garage.

The two tone silver/grey Cerbera was Tuscan Challenge racer 60s Bob's car.

Have you got it now Coey?

Hi, the previous owner was called Bob!
I bought from a garage in Buckingham, i will try and load the photo up (havn't sussed out how to do that yet!)
So this two tone thing isn't popular then? i havn't seen another like it, like i say i think i will get it re-sprayed in silver only (booked in at the paint shop 1st April)
Thanks.

I don't think the photos did it any justice, seemed to spoil the shape/lines.... would like to see it in the flesh though smile

Was it accident repaired, or did someone just fancy the paint scheme ?

It was done like that from new IIRC - or the dealer did it to the car when new, I've never known the car any other way than two-tone. It's an early Cerbera, Bob had that when I still had a Griff.

Yes it's a 97 (R) plate defiantly a factory/dealer spray job, personally i think it does spoil the lines but i get a mixed veiw some love some hate it,
I thought that Central had done a run of these but it seems it's the only one!
Thanks
p.s How do you post a picture up?
