TOM TOM DRIVING ME NUTS NUTS

Having purchased on line, a map for the states, I have spent over 3 hours at the PC. and nowhere can I find a link to DOWNLOAD the map.

Lots of instructions for INSTALLING it, but not for DOWNLOADING it......

Any ideas, I have of course emailed TOM TOM for advice......

Open TomTom Home (if you haven't installed this on your computer, you'll need to). Ensure you loh in using your TomTom log-in. Click on 'Update My Device.' You should be offered the map you have purchased. If not, continue your dialogue with TomTom directly.
