97 Impreza estate help

Evening all,
I've just picked up a new daily hack, a 97 Impreza sport estate.
I got pissed off with a dealer messing me about with another car, so I looked on autotrader
for something a bit interesting for under a grand and this came up.
Its got 150K but with a full service history right from the word dot, including a huge folder of receipts.
All in all it seems a really good buy, but theres a couple of issues.
It has 2 sets of keys, one to open the doors, and another for the ignition.
I've also got a full set of locks, with the rest of the locks for the ignition, and the ignition that goes
with the door locks that are still fitted.
How much work is it to change over the other locks?
The key fob on the keys doesn't work for the remote central locking, but there is a new subaru fob in with
the locks. What do I need to do to get this synchronised with the car?
One last thing..... what model number will it be?
I'm looking to tart it up a bit with some wrx bumpers etc etc, what ones will I need?
Any engine mods that are easy to do? Is it the same engine as the turbos just w/out the turbo?
