Only a day Chris?!?!

We're on the 0800 Norfolk Line ferry on Friday morning and coming back on Monday. Silver M3 Evo and a Yellow Integrale Evo2 in convoy.

Staying at the Hotel am Tiergarten

Yeah, bit of a compromise really. Taking the gf away for a couple of days and managed to include a bit of ring action into proceedings.

We're going out on a late ferry thurs, crashing in France for the night then getting an early start to ring on fri. Staying at Dorrint. I'll in a blue, lhd 968.

Weather forcast doesn't look to clever. Was due to go a couple of weeks ago but heavy snow put a stop to that!

Oh well, the year is still young...

I know what you mean. Snow forecast mad

Will be keeping an eye on the weather. Easter such a perfect weekend to go though as you don't have to take any holiday time and you get several days!

Will look you up when (if) we get there.

Hell no. Easter is bad enough when the weather is good. Even with bad weather the crowds will still be there (because everyone is so committed to their plan) but there probably won't be any decent driving to compensate for all the inconvenience.

Plus it will be crash & closure city. Sorry to be a downer, then again who knows, maybe it will defy the forcast. A week ago the forcast was grim but it turned out to be lovely & dry;

Surely can't be as bad as August bank holiday.....went last year....never again!

Anyway, I'm just looking forward to geting away for a few days. If the tracks open then it will be a bonus.

Pretty much. Consider that over Easter pretty much all accomodation in the area is booked solid...

The weather will knock the numbers down very slightly I guess, and during the day people may wander off looking for other things or taking long lunches which should reduce the usual pressure in the carpark.

You never know though, its quite possible you'll get some really nice weather some of the time.

Well, it is spitting snow at the moment.

Easter can only possibly be one day earlier than it is this year, so snow is a likely. The predictions are for snow on and off for the rest of this week.

There is no frost in the ground at the moment though so it should clear quickly.

We've just cancelled due to the weather - the thought of three days and a huge journey just to have the track closed was too much. I bet it'll be sunshine all round now that we've bailed. Easter being so early is a bugger. Last year it was gorgeous sun all the way. Oh well, we'll be back in a month or two.

I hope so!

My mate wants to go anyway. Even if it means just getting pissed on Jagermeister and eating Wurst. If it's all closed I imagine there'll be a good atmosphere in the local bars!
