On my way home yesterday from Rockingham small cold drops of water was dripping onto my throttle foot. Being a hot day i did have the air con on all the way home. do you think this could be condensation build up in the outlet blower pipe under the steering column. I also noticed that the hotter the car got the lower the idle become down to approx 300rpm when idle was this low oil presure was about 5psi. If i touched the throtle to bring idle up to 800rpm psi was between 8 and 10 is this normal. opinions please.

Water is prob air con.
Psi - that is low , but it could just be the spring.
You can get a new spring fitted if u are worried.

Its the pressure relief spring. The latest ones are better quality. The old ones used to lose their firmness and then the readings would reduce. I think! I get 80psi when cold idle. I get just under 80psi when hot and under full load. And about 40psi when hot and idling.
