Rear Screen Rubber Seal
Discussion
Thanks for the info Russ. The trouble is that the current rubber has a split in the very middle about 2" long right on a top corner. It looks awful even when mastic'd down.
I spoke to TVR Power and they suggested giving Dave Gerald a ring. They had something in stock that sounds like it could be the right stuff. Fingers crossed. Then it's down to the local Auto Glaze place to get them to fit it. Hopefully the screen wont have to come out.
I'll let you know my progress.

Hi Bill,
Looking at mine it appears to be stuck in with the famous black mastic.
Possibly worth going to local autoglass or similar to if how much they want for resealing or selling u some for a diy job.

Some cars have a rubber trim (mine does) whereas some seem to have just the black mastic and no trim. Age related, perhaps? My car is a 97, but a mate has a 99 car with no trim.Looking at mine it appears to be stuck in with the famous black mastic.

Mines a 2000 LW. The front is defo mastic with a trim stuck over the top. The rear - wherever I look - is simply a rubber seal with no visible mastic. Obviously the screen must be mastic'd in. The seal looks like a capital J but with 2 tails which sandwich the glass. Hopefully the seal will be here tomorrow, and even more hopefully it will be the correct one. If not, then it may have to go up to an ex dealer like Racing Green.
