Anyone travelling the short stretch of A2 from the M2/Thanet Way roundabout (Brenley Corner?) to Faversham, the limit has been reduced along all of it.

Starts at 50 (was previously NSL) and then drops to 30 at the Macknade Shell garage (previously 40). At the new 30 limit signs, the road is still painted with a 40 sign, which will presumably be changed in the not too distant future, but it is a bit confusing at the moment.

Yeah, I noticed that.

You tend to forget and use the road as it used to be.

The 30 limit has also been extended along the Graveny road road too, now goes past Nova`s to the top of the rise out towards the Thanet way.

I wonder how long it will take them to re-introduce the law that requires a man with a red flag to walk in front of each car!? frown

yes

Yet another speed limit reduction rolleyes

The amount of restrictions on the A2 is ludicrous. Some sections are arrow straight with no housing on them, yet the few NSL bits that remain are slowly being eroded.
