New DSLR

Well

After 4 odd years of shooting, took the plunge and bought a 400D to replace the old Canon D60. Mainly because it is smaller and lighter (I have small weedy arms), plus that bit newer. Yet to see how it performs but I expect it will be every bit as good.

Also just discovered HDR imaging so might give that a try as well, although the old Mac might struggle a bit... Off to the Peak district for Easter so will do some snapping and maybe show some results.

Also, if I'm happy with the 400D, then I'll be selling the old D60 if anyone is interested in a starter DSLR.

i bought my first SLR this weekend, Also got a 400D. Unfortunatly play havnt delivered my CF cards yet so its sat in its box ....

Also just ordered a 400D - was going to wait for the 450D but Tesco are selling the 400D for £360 and I couldn't resist. Will also get £45 cash back from Canon apparently - along with my Clubcard points it was quite an attractive deal.
