Does anybody know if you can pay on the day?

Reason being I'm sitting at an internet terminal in Austria after a weeks snowboarding and want to see if I can move my legs enough to sit on a bike before commiting

The thought of knee slider on tarmac round copse is making it hard to resist though

Darnit, didn't see your post. We called it quits after two sessions. We were about to change our minds back again, when some poor sod threw it down the pit straight. All 3 of us either saw someone come off, or nearly did.

Conditions were marginal at best, people were coming off the track covered in snow at one point... Not a good day. Would have prefered they cancelled, or didn't open the track, to be honest.

BBC, Weather.co.uk and Yahoo Weather all said 6 DegC with sunny spells. None mentioned snow, sleet or frozen conditions.

Not easy to make the decision to stay away (2 hour trip) that morning, when you've already spent 150 quid to get onto the track. focused events offered no info on whether they would refund or voucher a cancelled day, even if they were too. Not best practice stuff...

I was at Mallory on Friday and Saturday, I came in during one session on Saturday covered in snow.

I'll be at Silverstone this coming Monday, 31st. I'll be in garage 7 if anyone from here is passing and wants to say hello.
