looks to me like you are selling stuff, but could not find any contact details
To be honest would much prefer to buy stuff that I know I can send back easily and not having any contact details is not professional, what do you have to hide ?
Looking into the site in more detail, seems to be a tag suggesting that your depot is on the outskirts of luton...googled for your phone number and got www.lasersigns.co.uk but it is not in use....Guess it was the first version ?
When you bookmark the site, it gets saved as bms, pity it was not a bit more informative ?

?As mentioned above, get that page <title> a bit more descriptive. Something like
<title>Lawncare products and services for golf courses and gardens by BMS</title>
Other than that looks cataloguey,e-commercey,non-offensive enough.
Oh also your google analytics code is in the wrong place. Should be right at the end before the </body> tag.

I set it up as a .com because most of our business will soon be outside of the UK, mainly USA. We also have www.bmsproducts.co.uk and .eu plus loads of others. However web forwarding with 123-reg is not working at the moment, they are crap....Good job - maybe change the right hand boxes to have a green gradient instead of grey scale and see what the whole site looks like without the boxed border - should make it look clean.
I also notice you're taking email addresses for a newsletter - you've got to talk to me about this - www.wizemail.co.uk (we do the email newsletters for Vodafone)
