Remap/Chip 3.0 TDi

Got an A4 Cab one of these, and thinking about a remap/chip. A local firm can remap to about 270bhp, and they're recommended by the local Audi dealer.

Anyone done this on this engine? Does it cure the initial hesitance when pulling away quickly?

Had my A6 3.0Tdi superchipped. Made a good car absolutely brilliant! 0 - 60 in 6 secs, 14.1 1/4 mile, and another 3 or 4 to the gallon.

Car was much more responsive, a sheer delight to drive. (Yes it did cure the initial hesitation) Try winding the revs up against the brakes with the ESP off. Managed to get 15 "F Hells" including several drag racers!!

Got the same engine in my A8L and it won't be long before this is done as well. Superchips give a 12 month warranty as well. My local dealer is only 400 yards away, bonus.

In other words..........DO IT!
