I just wondered if a full GRP petrol tank would be legal in the UK and also be suited to holding petrol?

Thanks

it will hold petrol ok, the racing lotus elites used the bulkhead tortion box
as a fuel tank, but sure about it being legal on a bike as it could split if you drop the bike!

Can you put a fuel cell in it like the fia approved ones, or make an ally unit & grp around it?

Well I have, yes, and it passes MOTs, but that doesn't mean it's legal. I don't want to give a definate answer in case it all goes wrong for you....scratchchin
