Fitted AVO's to the 350 and it was a pig of a job (SEAC's easy as they are coil over type - ). All say the AVO's are good and they are relatively cheap. Get the SHPub Wedge Book on how to do the Job - it ain't easy and requires a special tool. If you fancy doing the job you can borrow the one I made but I'd advise getting a Wedge or Ford(cortina knowledge) person to do it.

Ta for the offer of the tool but use of words like 'aint easy' is telling me its an absolute swine to do. I've got the bible so I'd better re-read whats involved!!
What are those coilover things you mentioned....?
Are you just replacing the shocks or springs as well? The only job I have found difficult in this area is the front springs.Once jacked up the rears are not under tension so no problem there. On the front, if you jack up the lower wishbone it's easy to replace the shocks......the front springs are a pig but the correct compression tool will help.
