Wortec Question

What's the physical difference between the cat-back replacement on the VZ CV8 (5.7) and the VXR (6.0)? Both have twin exit exhausts but the exhaust note is very different? The CV8's is quite raspy, a bit like a V8 Ferrari while the VXR's is deeper & and more 'rumbly'. Is this purely down to different headers ?
