Boot space - sound systems

How much boot space comes with the S3? I've seen a picture of a boot and it looks small. I need a good loud sound system in my dream car. I know what you'll all start saying - 'the car gives the best sound system you'd ever want!' - but I want both a roaring v6 engine AND thumping bass. How good would that be?
Another question - how big are the door panel speakers in an S3? I what like 6.5" with a 1" tweeter just above it if possible. I thought I ask all this before I buy a car. The car i'm after for 3.5k (remember - the one without the chrome insert on the front bumper...) is still up for sale, but he doesn't really want to sell it. Only reason is because he is after a Chimeara (or however you spell it), but i'm first on the list on his S3.

Awwww come on. Let me try! Music means alot to me. I know they are naturally loud, the one i have my eye on has a sports exhaust fitted - how much louder would that be, i know standard are loud too lol. To be honest, i have never heard one in the flesh nor driven one. But sound system in a car means alot to me.
As above but I know where youre coming from. The boot space is very decent but you might struggle for a sub. Two 6x9 put into the fibreglass have plenty of resonating space. Just wire them up to an amp for a bit more power. the door speakers are 13cm I think but I've heard of larger ones in.
If you really want bass what about an 8inch sub in between the 6x9's. But I personally don't think you need any. When you get the car I promise you the car sound will be enough!

Could I put 6.5" speakers in the door panels? 8" sub will do i think. I can see from pictures that there is possibly more room behind the seats than in the boot for a sub. Only thing is, that with the roof down and all - parking up could be a risk. Sound is an important part of my life as I am a musician. I love music and love the sound of that v6 engine already. I even prefer the v6 sound to v8 sound, slightly a higher tone to it. So a good sound system and v6 sound would really make my ultimate car.

I have 6x9s driven by Pioneer amp & crap sony speakers in the doors, driven by mice!
I have loads of gear in storage such as Kicker amps and 10" subs, MB Quart components x4 etc and I am so tempted to put it into the S. Just really for the fun of it as there is nothing else to do to it at the moment.
I figured a boxed sub sat on the back shelf behind the seats & a pair of MB Quart on the side, put into the bulkhead....which i already have 6x9's. However I made need another amp to better phase them together.
Then the fronts, i may just ignore them altogether as there isnt enough depth in the door to allow for the window to drop. Or possibly use spacers.
I'll carry on thinking about it - too busy quadding at the moment.

I spent a fortune on a decent alpine head unit, 4 x JBL speakers, sub and amp.
i've used it literally less than 10 times in 4 years, taken sub and amp out of boot so I can fit more in, they currently sitting in garage lol.
Dont bother about it, you will not use it, and if you do crank up the music you'll sound like a chav in a saxo. Let the engine do the talking
