jcw vs normal cooper 's'

Not really a mini person but work in a garage, get quite a few mini's in but had first jcw one in today. Wow! what a difference, i was just wondering what the differances are from what i see the exhaust is different and maybe the intercooler? but what else (different supercharger pully, ecu etc???)

Bigger injectors
New ported wider throat cylinder head
air box and filter with extra air vent
exhaust
supercharger and smaller pulley
ECU re map
intercooler cover
engine rocker badge

also some have the brake upgrade too

Wait until you drive a properly tuned one then
