am thinking of selling the noble soon, basically it doesnt seem to get used enough, whenever i seem to have time the weather is bad or when the weather is good i either have no time or the rest of the family wanna come with me.

i am looking at investing in property at the moment, you know that buy to let idea and to be honest the money would be better put to use in this than sitting in the garage.

i was thinking along the lines of selling up, buying a toy to keep me happy onthe roads (probably evo vi as they are so cheap now, can be used in all weather and with all the familly) this would leave me a decent lump to put into a flat.

am in no hurry so dont really mind when i sell the car, i have noticed a bit of interest in nobles springing up over the past few weeks and reckon the market might be about to pick up for this coming season

what do you guys think?

Did you not buy it only a few weeks ago ? If that's the case then the weather is bound to be bad since you've owned it - it's winter.

dont really know if there is a good time or not.if the car is a good one then to me that is more important than time of the year etc

the car is defo good, it had a few minor points to sort out after i bought it last year but i have got on top of all of those (see my other posts for details).

havent really made my mind up yet, the chils in me says to keep it, the grown up in me says to sell and invest the money.

oh the voices, the voices, guess we have all been there or maybe it is a normal dilema to be in lol

if you sell you will be left with an "empty feeling" that can not be filled with an evo

get yourself a sensible car to take the family in and keep it

carnt agree more.before the noble i had 2 really nice evos .great cars but the buggers are very expensive to keep on top of,servicing, parts, insurance but the worst is the fuel bills stupidily expensive

i know what you mean guys, have had four evos and a gtr skyline so know all about it.

got a company car as well so general transport for the family aint a problem. as i say am thinking about buying some more property soon and the bit the grown up part of me keeps saying is that its silly to have so much cash tied up in a toy thats exactly that, an occasional toy.

9k for an evo wouldnt be so bad if you see what i mean.

think i am gonna enjoy the noble for a while yet, might have a few months of spring out of it and the beginning of summer of enjoyment and then think again.

must learn to ignore the voices lol

if i was gonna buy a new car in this price range i think it would be the new GTR, god i really dont need to start having these thoughts lol.

i think the way i will go, when i choose to sell is 20k into property and 10k into a rally sg evo vi seriously tuned.

20k goes a long way in germany in the property market, a 3 bed flat is easily in range. and i am looking to buy some and start renting them out as an investment.

that is until i see a picture of soemmthing else i JUST MUST HAVE lol
