PS3 COD4 online problems

Anyone else been experiencing problems or is it just me? Basically everytime I tried to play online yesterday (sat) it would bomb me out after 5-10 mins or so and always mid game. Just tried again this morning and it's doing the same. Essentially it will flash up with 'CONNECTION INTERRUPTED' and then ERROR - Connection timed out.

Set-up is Netgear wireless router. Virgin ISP. A network connection test on the PS3 confirmed that the ISP and internet connection is ok. Anyone, got any ideas as getting severly pissed off with it now.

can't offer any words of wisdom here I'm afraid but it's working fine for me - look out for Spydermac (my PS3 tag) and have fun killing me often - everyone else seems to

looks like a virgin hassle, played a bit today - pc version was using map to help find people and then find some people can have themselves removed from the map...
