Just fitted a two-way Kazz diff, bought from Demon Tweeks and fitted by Monkfish( thanks Rodger it's brilliant). Much better than standard, traction is improved and no messing about with friction modifier.

£600 plus vat then Rodgers bill for fitting,aprox £500. Because i'm in Guernsey I fitted diff back into the ute myself. Link is www.kaazuk.com/

Having a read about and the Kaaz seems to be what most use but very noisy, whats your like?

Harrop do 12bolt's and I think 9" rears too. But they will cost mega.
Kaaz are probably first port of call.

It does make noise at low speed, when parking etc, quieter than standard diff when low on friction modifier. I bought mine because sick of hasel with oil and never really working as well as I felt it should.
Rodger at monkfish said Quaife are bringing one out but doesn't know when.

they'll do them as I asked but we'd need a minimum order of 10 iirc and when I asked on here general consensus was that Quaife wasn't that great.
