ambient air flow plugs - anyone tried 'em?

Guys has anyone bought a set of these yet? £9.99 in the classified section my Cerb air con is working ok on the drivers side but blows hot out the passenger no matter what!
Also if i open the drivers window the middle vents go hot too... have I got a problem with my system or is this normal?
