Just driven back from Long Stratton way towards Acle. The A47 is absolute sheet ice from Postwick to Burlingham! Not an ounce of traction anywhere to be found.

I just pushed a couple of guys in a Rover off the top of Blofield roundabout- they'd misjudged their breaking distances somewhat! The whole roundabout was like an ice rink though, you couldn't help going sideways biggrin

Anyone else been driving about tonight? The rest of the Southern bypass seemed fairly clear. I think things might be slow getting to work tomorrow though.

Damn it! Sounds like I'm missing all the fun in the snow frown

3 weeks without driving, and now I hear it's all the "enjoyable" driving weather!

That's a very minor "injury". About £100 of the all the work being done. On top of that are rust repairs and reprays due to stone chips thumbup

Ironically nothing happened in the snow last time, it was the black afterwards paperbagangel
