Door panel

Is there instructions or a diagram on how to take off the interior door panels?
I let some enthusiastic relative sit in my car and they kindly pulled the inside door handle so hard that the metal bar has come out of the hole. I've taken the screws out of the sides and the one holding the black plastic bit in the middle of the door along with the removing the window handle, but it doesn't seem to want to come off.

I think there are some wing nuts holding the pocket section on, you have to take the speaker unit out and shuv your hand up inside.
Please correct me if i'm wrong though.

That is correct there are three usually with washers- you have to reach right inside - a little fiddly and if you have huge fore arms and biceps - rather a tight fit!
