More precisely, West Mids -

Two areas -
1) Leics , A5 SECTION on the DC section between Wibtoft and the B4114 (Sharnford turn) ---sees the return (seen mid afternoon) hiding in laybyes and just before the brow of the hill before the Sharnford turn ) of the Leice$ter camera van . Cunningly placed to make the most of poor visibility - conforming to the ACPO guidelines ---think not --this is heading toward M69
2) Only spotted at one location ,opposite side but closer to Nuneaton from the Windmill club (B4111) ,just past it's junction with B4114 ,our Man on a bike well hidden in the shadow of the hedge (SCP motorbike )with the camera on tripod trying to blend into the dark bits of the bike ,and the bloke doing his best to be invisible .

Just read your profile - only seen the van twice recently- mid afternoon , first time parked just over the brow heading towards M69 ,further back and in a laybye , but both times targeting traffic away from Rugby .
Would have thought you'd prefer the Wolvey road for a blast in the Cerb ---nice not too windy road ,

I used to use this road everyday to get to magna park, I knew exactly where I needed to accelerate to just past the car infront at the begining at each section of duel carriage way. In the 5yrs I worked there I never saw a single talivan. Cheeky bugger are everywhere now.

The area around the M42 and the M5 junctoion were awash with marked and unmarked police this afternoon, I saw two cars stopped within 3 miles. The most remarkable "unmarked" car was a 51 reg dark green Vectra estate even down to the standard plastic wheel trims. I mean you would suspect a Volvo V70 estate trundling along the inside lane as being potential plod but a 51 plate standard Vectra.......very sneaky I say.

Cheers,

Tony
