Headlight conversion

Anyone here had the cerbera headlight conversion - I think the car looks great with the new lights - just wondered about costings and any problems??

I don't own a Cerbie yet. But if you go to Zertec's website www.zertec.co.uk then check out the lights section.
There you'll find three different light options and two different fitting options as well for the front lights. As for the rear ones I believe that their is an earlier posting about this poss. August.

I've had it on my rosso pearl, a I got at the same time as a respray so it only cost me £250. People have started noticing it all over again.
I considered the zertec option because it can be smoothed in, but you can only see the join at close range.
Also the bulbs and adjusters are pretty easy to get to
- provided you take the wheels off.

I too quite fancy the idea of having the new headlight set up. My Cerbie is a 2001 model. It looks like the headlamp pod is separate from the body work (although I haven't examined it closely).

Could it be that on later models the conversion is far more simple? Or is that just wishful thinking.....?

I'm only guessing but it is probably easier and cheaper for TVR to produce one type of front wing for the cerbera and then fit the lights in as a one piece units.

Therefore any conversions on new cars could be easier and it also gives TVR the choice at a later date to offer it as an option on other Cerbies.
