Shocks again....
Discussion
I know there's a few post on this and i've read most of them but i'm still confused on which shock kit to get.
The car goes for it's 12k service in a couple of weeks so i'm going to have the new shocks done aswell.
I just can't make up my mind between Racing Reds, Protechs and Gaz.
Has anyone driven /owned cars with the different options? I won't really be doing trackdays (maybe 1 or 2) mainly just road use.
Or would I be better biting the bullet and buying Nitrons/Ohlin etc or is that just OTT for road use?
Thanks
Saul

I think maybe they're all skittish at speed!!!
All I can say about Nitrons is that they give you the option to play around with settings, whether on road or track. I had them fitted when I bought the car so no idea about level of improvement.
I fitted Eagle F1s recently and this did improve the feel up front. I think tyres and geometry probably have as much to do with skittishness as shocks.
