John,

I am assuming you have the same pod as in my MKI - there are only 2 screws holding the top, rear section of the pod. These are either side, around about the horizontal centre-line of the pod, looking at it from the front. If these are not secure then it is possible that the pod can pop out away from the front section.

Not great at describing am I......lol.....just check the screws are secure mate, you'll see them easy enough,

I have the same prob on mine, according to henley they are supposed to slot into the outer rim of the pod face, there is no glue etc the leather is supposed to hold it in as its a tight fit...but mine doesn't and neither does yours...so its floored smile

I tried a bit of glue myself but after a couple of days it popped out again, rather than cake the thing in glue i left well alone until the next service in june, if any one does have a fix then it'd be appreciated!

I looked at your suggestion andy but it doesn't affect the whole back leather unit in question (basically its popped out of the metal face all the way around)

Hmmm...ok, can you take the back cover off then and tweak it (gently..) either more "open" or "closed" in terms of its shape so that when it sits back inside the recess of the front housing it sits more firmly? Does that make sense? If not, could you fix some tape or something onto the moulded lip that sits in the recess so that it is a tighter fit?
