What to do with

A turkey thigh and leg off a huge turkey. Any ideas on what to do that isn't turkey curry or turkey and stuffing sandwiches.

Use any one of those 'chicken tonight ' type sauces

make a white sauce, add loads of pepper and a *lot* of fried mushrooms, then shred your turkey meat into it.

I'd second Turkey a la King, though my recipe includes red and green peppers, condensed chicken soup and a little white wine. Once the turkey is cooked you can even do it in one bowl in the microwave (spit!)

Mince it and make some spicy meatballs with cinnamon and apple.
